Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open the Ayesha Amir Memorial Hospital App on your mobile device.

Log in to your account using your registered email and password.

Once logged in, tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) icon located at the top-left corner of the home screen to open the App Drawer.

In the App Drawer, scroll down until you find the option labeled "Delete Account".

Tap on "Delete Account".

A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of your account. Please read the warning carefully:

“Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data from our system.”

If you are sure, tap “Yes” or “Confirm” to proceed.

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted, and you will be automatically logged out of the application.

Important Notes:
After deletion, all your data including appointment history, lab tests, pharmacy orders, and health tips will be permanently removed from our system.

This action cannot be undone.
